Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (based on size/weight) with tracking provided.
Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, I only ship within the U.S.
Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that once your item ships, delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to feel great about what you bring into your home. If something feels off, please reach out.
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges: Please contact me to discuss a possible exchange. Because each item is unique, I may not have an identical piece available, but we can work together to find a solution.
Refunds: Once I receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may already be in progress.
Damaged & Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email me at info@shewhocreatesart.com within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to make it right.
